The convenience is staggering. Representatives are automatically listed based on your address and their addresses are built in for efficiency. That makes me question the motives of the people behind this app, and also, weather the contact information which is still correct is even valid. Have the creators abandoned this app, or are they so upset from the 2024 election that they can’t bear to make the changes? Great concept, but if you can’t trust that the app is up-to-date and non-partisan, then there’s no point in using it. I am basing my comments on a review of the Ohio legislative information and the US national information which still reflects Joe Biden as president. Don’t waste the space on your phone until this app is fixed. (Previous) As of May 13, 2025, program is still reflecting outdated information. This should’ve been updated with the results from last election by now. The program is very handy for quick communication with your elected representatives, but not the information is up-to-date. Can you fix this? I am referencing specifically the senatorial information for Ohio. ### 1/5 — This app is freezing every time you try to type a letter *2024-11-12* 😪help currently your app is freezing up before you can complete a letter you need to look at it. Somethings wrong. Try to type in information and they just freezes the keyboard completely. On the iPhone I’m not able to enlarge my drafts and they are hard to read for editing. Unfortunately it is quite difficult to remove an app from the app store, so putting this review out to let all know. Any updates coming? ### 5/5 — Best app of the year, hands down!! *2021-04-29, version 1.0.5* I have never written my state’s governor or legislation because I didn’t know where to send it. This app provides an easy way to send letters to our government. I also didn’t know that I didn’t know how to properly format a letter and that it is different depending on who is receiving the letter. This app handled that two. I never thought I would get a reply but I did and I am pretty sure it was because of this app. Great job!! Charged me twice for one letter!! DON’T use this app!! Still a junk APP. Completely goofed up my mailing.
