Bonus when starting, W-2, has reimbursement, etc! And not to mention the staff is SO KIND and HELPFUL! I’ve had great response time when asking questions. The app is super easy to use, the customer support is amazing, and the money you can make is top tier! I always recommend Kwikly to my RDH counterparts that are looking to temp full time or just pick up a few shifts here and there. My friend is a dentist and she even started using Kwikly to help fill shifts at the practice she runs- she loves it! Thank you Kwikly for allowing me to take control of my schedule and my pay 💕 ### 2/5 — Company is not like it used to be *2024-10-11* I worked as an RDH and the company has continuously messed up my paychecks. My bonuses weren’t paid to me numerous time I believe they wanted to keep the money for themselves. Although did they correct these things after I reached out a million times but shady things definitely are going on. Most of the corporate staff works from home and every time I reached out they barely answer the phone and when they do it sounds like their laying in bed sleeping. I have better experiences with other platforms. Kwikly is going downhill! ### 5/5 — The Best Temp or Perm employment App!!! *2023-07-02, version 4.1.8* Kwikly is wonderful!! The App organizes my assignments, allows me to clock in and out and keeps track of my completed shifts and approximate pay. I’m addition I am able to message offices and see reviews from my counterparts and what they thought about the offices. I can’t say enough about how awesome the App is!! My friends and I mention the App as one of the reasons we love working with Kwikly. In addition, the Kwikly employees are kind and terrific, the best around!!! It was quick and easy to get all of my paperwork submitted. I really enjoy how I can keep up with schedule shifts. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Keely, manager at Kwikly is the WORST person you’ll ever encounter in your career life *2026-08-13, version 9.5.0* The dental offices that post shifts on Kwikly are mostly corporate offices and the staff at most those offices are very bitter, unprofessional, unhelpful, and very very rude. You ask them one question about anything in the office and after you leave you shall expect a one-star review on your profile even if you’re an AMAZING DA and you did everything as expected and even more. Also, there’s an account manager that works at Kwikly, her name is Keely, she is absolutely the WORST person you’ll ever encounter in your career. She’s very very unhelpful and will never stand by your side as a contractor through Kwikly and will always stand by the offices side against you. She has no empathy whatsoever towards any horrible treatment you go through by staff at any dental offices you temp at. Absolutely HORRIFIC. I wish there would were people who work at Kwikly who are actually good people and have some empathy and are nice and professional. ### 1/5 — Could not make account *2026-08-12, version 9.4.4* Got no text to create an account, which is the first step. I’ve deleted the app multiple times, no fix. ### 1/5 — Not paid for time worked *2026-07-06, version 9.3.3* My experience with this company has been very disappointing. I worked two days before my onboarding process was stopped because of an issue with my work permit during the hiring process. I understand why the onboarding could not be completed, but I did perform work and expected to be paid for the time I worked. It has now been four weeks, and I have not received payment or any meaningful communication from HR or management regarding the status of my wages. Despite multiple attempts to obtain an update, no one has provided a clear explanation or timeline. If the company believes it cannot legally issue payment at this time, I would at least expect a written acknowledgment of the hours I worked, the wages owed, and the reason payment has been delayed. Instead, I have been left without answers. I hope the company improves its communication with employees and handles wage-related matters more professionally. Every employee deserves timely communication and fair treatment regarding compensation for work performed. ### 1/5 — Keeps offering shifts too far away even after setting mileage *2025-04-23, version 8.2.0* There should be a setting to set your state hygiene license(s). They have now let the dental offices choose the pay rate, so of course they are paying less now. A lady hit me back like she was interested only to get the name of our office to call an solicit 🤣🤣 And that so immature why didn’t you just identify yourself and say you were a staffing company and if we needed your help you did all that to call the office just to get turned down…. if we wanted a temp agency we would’ve already called Cloud Dentistry Miss LAUREN GARNEAUX. The same person that write bad reviews on other Dental temp agency sites for your gain 🤣🤣🤣🤣 ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2023-10-11, version 4.4.3* I joined about 2 months and a half. They accepted my licenses for dental assistant and dental hygienist. The inconvenience is that since I joined I haven’t received any notification from them even if I select the available dates and submit them for one month in advance.
