My son was able to chatGPT how to reset & program for my whole family. It took a bit of tries, but eventually was able to completely reset to erase previous settings & customize for us. And now we can lock/unlock from the app if needed. I was also able to sync with our Alexa app/echo and sometimes use that if guests come and I’m not close to the door (we live in a 4-level townhome). ### 1/5 — Need firmware update *2026-08-11, version 2.11.0* Bought original lock and it lasted about a month the face plate stopped working. I called. They sent me a replacement sent me the wrong lock, but the replacement would not connect to Wi-Fi consistently. I called and they sent me the right lock and it is having the same issue constantly dropping from Wi-Fi. I keep calling.
