## Most critical reviews (4 lowest-rated)

### 5/5 — Productivity

*2026-07-01*

This is been one of my most favorite apps for productivity & setting goals. It’s very simple and easy to use especially if you’re not to tech savvy

### 5/5 — Kwilt helps me follow through before I get distracted

*2026-06-27*

Kwilt is awesome because it connects my goals to the way I actually use my phone. Instead of just letting me scroll past the things I said mattered, it can block distracting apps until I make real progress on my goals.

That one feature changes everything. It turns “I should probably work on this” into a small, concrete action before I fall into Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, or whatever else is pulling my attention away.
It does not feel harsh or guilt-driven. It feels like I’m setting up my phone to back me up. Kwilt helps me protect time for the things I care about, make progress, and then enjoy my downtime without that nagging feeling that I avoided what mattered.

Easy 5 stars. This is what a goals app should have been all along.

### 5/5 — Change for the better

*2026-06-27*

I’ve always been hesitant to use productivity or goal-tracking apps because most of them felt like extra work. But as I’ve started using Kwilt, I’ve found myself becoming more intentional about the kind of person I want to become and the goals I want to pursue.
One of my favorite features is the to-do list. It doesn’t just remind me what needs to be done—it can break a task into manageable, step-by-step actions. I often get stuck figuring out where to start or what to do next, and Kwilt makes even challenging tasks feel approachable and achievable.

### 5/5 — The perfect “becoming” app

*2026-06-25*

I’ve been thinking a lot about the concept of “becoming”. We’re all in the process of becoming something, the question is, are we letting our environment dictate what we become or are you making a conscious decision of what you want to become. This app is perfect for forcing yourself to be introspective, to really buckle down and say this is what I want to become and this is what I’ll do to become it.

There’s not a lot of apps that can truly change the quality of your life, this is one of them.
