Try reset password, it said reset password completed but still unable to login to the app. It stuck at the login screen after fill in the password ### 1/5 — Can not register TAC *2025-01-09* I waited as long as possible to go to the new app due to all the issues I encountered trying to register the old app. I am now unable to register the new app. The TAC screen has a 3 minute countdown but in the first few attempts, it took an average of 30-40 minutes to receive a TAC code. Unfortunately, On those 2 occassions, I had given up waiting since it was past the 3 minutes to enter the TAC. I’ve removed and reinstalled my app and disabled all security controls on my phone but now am not even receiving a TAC code anymore. Also, the 2 that I did receive came from country code +52 which is Mexico so I am totally concerned that my KWSP is compromised now. ### 1/5 — App repeatedly do not allow you to log in *2024-12-29, version 3.6.1* Signing up to the app is pretty straightforward. Unfortunately; it does not allow you to log in when you do try to use the app subsequently. The only workaround is to tap the Forget Password/ID and reset the password. Also discovered it only works with a Malaysian phone number. I guess that seems fair as it is meant for Malaysians but it does make it less accessible to more global citizens as you have to carry an extra phone with the MY SIM card to check your account when not in the country. ### 1/5 — Could not even detect mykad during register *2024-12-19* Hi, i cannot even register because the mykad detection is really poor. Even though my phone camera is good, but using this apps make the camera same as old phone camera. The apps keeps on ‘tidak jelas’ yet the camera function in this apps is terrible. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app 5 times and its still not capturing my card. Tried to register an account and the keyboard stops working at every single interface. I cannot type to continue my progress. Every time this happens I need to restart from scratch. The amount of OTPs I have gotten to try and progress is absurd seeing how pathetic and unoptimised this app is, seeing that it is a government-led developed application.
