Exhibit 1: many profiles with 1 photo which don’t currently meet the minimum photo requirement Exhibit 2: multiple profiles with Instagram accounts linked, and when you go to their IG, they’re already married.. Also, the slide mechanism for the age range filter does not work. It’s nearly impossible for me to adjust age demographic ### 3/5 — Needs work *2026-01-23* Feedback and support buttons literally don’t work, so I’ll use this. Many accounts on here are dead/inactive/bots. Verification should be required. Age selection in the ui needs to be reworked as the swiping right on the lower end hides the settings. I've never came across a business or a app that when you email them, they should have somebody respond to you and nobody responded back to me so that's why I'm here letting everybody know. Not only that but they delete reviews. Really strange and should probably be reported. -I was thinking about paying for the the service too but honestly these shady practices are not worth it. The most frustrating thing, you will literally get likes from girls and 50 percent of them will not show up in your likes section. I wrote in about it multiple times and they don’t care, no reply back, one time they replied back with some weird comment and then never replied again. How is that possible? A lot of fake account. Several porn stars are liking my account and sending messages. Found pictures of relatives on the app, they had no idea their picture was being used I think you need a verification account. It’s extremely glitchy. You can’t edit the age range. They automatically select a few years younger than your actual age up until a few years older than your age, and they limit you to that gap. My profile is now stuck under review and it seems like nobody on their end is doing anything to correct things. The contact support button does not work in the app. Again, glitchy. I was only able to browse through for a few minutes. Before it acted weird, even though I verified myself with a live video and it said my profile was verified and yet here we are. ### 1/5 — Don’t pay for premium *2026-05-07* You get very limited swipes, but don’t upgrade to premium, because there are thousands of inactive ghost accounts that the app has not removed from their database. I’ve personally seen multiple relatives on here who have been married for years! As a result, I’m still receiving messages from men on the other platform (which I mentioned in bio). If you have stalkers, read Kyanks terms and conditions. They do their best to take all your rights away while using this app. They neglect your safety cause they can. Même si il y a beaucoup de choses à améliorer encore. Que ça soit au niveau des bugs, des fonctionnalités ou des profils. Après en lui même l’app est composé d’une communauté arménienne habitant principalement au Etats-Unis. Pour les francophones c’est assez vide. I will say the quality of the members that I've crossed paths are lacking. A majority of the women use filters that make them unrecognizable in person. Many are fresh of the boat and expecting their prince on a stallion without offering much in return. I would suggest using the app for a few weeks then paying for a week to see who the users who liked you are. This is the most economical way to go about it in case you are curious. I find that if you live in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena or Hollywood you will find many local users. That doesn't mean there is any potential unless you do have funds to waste on an individual who's expectations are consistently going up. The Kardashians have created an illusion that all Armenian women are Gods greatest gift and you will come across many with this ideology. A majority of the members keep recreating their profile to come back on top of the list. If you scroll down to the bottom of the Active section you will find the most recently created accounts. Notice that a majority have a few pictures that look like they were taken from instagram. I would suggest Match.com if you're seeking something genuine with users who are all real people. I have even come across a few Armenians though the experience has been similar to what I've experienced on Kyank. Take from my review what you may but this has been my experience thus far. Keep up the good work with promoting the app at events and improving features. I would suggest partnering more with Miaseen, Armenian Professionals Society and getting more quality individuals on with promotional memberships. ### 5/5 — Good app *2022-08-25* The app functions well and there’s a big community of active users.
