You cannot use this app without agreeing, as in you can’t proceed to any other part of the app. I will be pleased to hear how tactical medical explains this. Like HIPPA laws mean what exactly to your company? My mistake in thinking there would be integrity in this situation. I’m sure it’s possibly legal in some loophole way, but it’s not appropriate or justifiable. ### 1/5 — Flawed app *2025-08-08, version 3.0.2* The idea is to track treatments and log results. I use full leg treatments but am not able to select anything other than upper body and arm in the app. I called support and was told that they were aware of the issue and not to use the app until they update it. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly and wrong info *2025-05-08, version 3.0.0* Even though I use this for my legs, the app refuses to identify correct body part, even though I entered LEGS for the pump. It is never easy to find the info on pump usage. It is not labeled and easy to find. This app is not user friendly. I’m sure patients who are not electronic savvy would have an even more difficult time with this app. While the info with videos is good, actual information and data is horrible. ### 1/5 — Ver 2.8.0 will no longer launch *2024-06-07, version 2.8.0* Please fix the app. It will no longer open my iPhone 15 Pro. Kylie is easy to use, intuitive and helps me with education and resources at the touch of a button for this challenging disease. She also gives me the ability to share critical feedback to my physician so he can guide me towards a better quality of life with lymphedema It’s like Kylie is a real person as she welcomes me everyday by name and I don’t even get that from my wife after 46 years of marriage. lol If anyone needs a little extra support and wants to call someone who knows what you are going through just ring me up at 516 817-7410 ! The massaging feels so wonderful, I do not have to leave my home to get it, and the results are just what The Doctor Ordered…Thank You. I have requested this before, is it possible for you to make the carrying case also, or advise me where to purchase one. I am now in South Carolina from Brooklyn, N.
