Or, ce logiciel fait partie des arguments de vente du CV3 sorti en juin 2022 soit 3 ans et 5 mois. En France, il me semble que les entreprises sont tenues d’assurer le SAV de leurs produits pendant 10 ans après la fin de la commercialisation dudit produit. Un nouveau CV3 va sortir en France en avril 2026 (il sort actuellement en Espagne) ; son combiné d’instruments est différent de l’ancien et Noodoe n’est plus proposé sur ce nouveau modèle. Ce n’est pas une raison pour laisser tomber la maintenance de la 1e série de ce compteur. L’obsolescence programmée me semble donc avérée voire même le délit de non respect de la durée de mise à jour du logiciel permettant le fonctionnement normal du produit.
