## What is Kynetic?

Kynetic counts your steps, your gym sessions and your runs. What makes it different: you are not doing it on your own.

In a club everything counts together, and every day you can see where you stand.

CLUBS
In a club you can see in the evening who is done for the day and who is still missing. That is usually what gets you back out the door.

Three clubs are open to everyone from day one. Kynetic Global is about the most steps each month. Another one pools everybody's steps until a million is on the board. A third has everyone doing ten push-ups a day. When a round runs out the next one starts and the club stays.

You can also start your own: set the goal, send the code to your people, done.

KYN
Every step is one KYN. Your balance simply grows while you are out walking. You spend it in the shop, for example on extra streak protection.

DAILY STREAK
Work out or hit your step goal and your streak keeps running. And twice a month a day can drop out without breaking it.

AT THE GYM
You log your sets while you train. Exercises are sorted by muscle group, you can save your own plans, and your best is always right there. Supersets, a plate calculator and a rest timer are in there too. The lock screen shows where you are without opening the app.

RUNNING AND CYCLING
Just head out and Kynetic records your route with GPS. Afterwards you see it on the map, and every route lands in your gallery. If you want, they sit on the server and are back after you get a new phone.

PUSH-UPS
Put your phone flat under your head and start. The camera counts every rep. In a club only what the camera saw counts, otherwise the leaderboard would be worthless.

FRIENDS
The feed shows what your friends have been up to. You can react, or nudge someone who has not logged anything yet today. And if you do not know anyone here yet, the global feed runs without names.

XP AND TROPHIES
Everything you do earns XP. That is how you level up, trophies come at the end of the month, and your profile shows what you got done.
