Kynoco is the private movie club for your crew. No social network, no ads—just you, your movies, and your movie nights. No more asking “When works for everyone?” across five different chats. One person plans the night, everyone gets the ticket, and after the movie, you rate it, check in, and add it to your collection. HOW IT WORKS • Create a crew or join by invitation—private and for invited members only. • Plan a movie night: choose the movie, theater, date, time, and optionally where to eat beforehand. • RSVP with a tap—the whole crew can see who’s in. • Check in with a QR code on movie night. Every scan counts toward your ranks, stats, and cards. RANKS & COLLECTIBLE CARDS • Your membership card changes its material with every visit—from Cream to Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. • Every movie comes with its own collectible card featuring the original poster. • Unlock genre achievements the more often you watch movies from a particular genre. STATS FOR YOUR CREW • Visits per month, favorite genres, check-in rate, average rating, and more. • See your crew’s year at the movies at a glance. MORE • Inner Circle: Plan nights for just a few people—they still count toward your stats and cards. • Discover: Find trending movies and top-rated picks for inspiration for your next movie night. • Live Activity: Follow your next movie night right from your Lock Screen. PRIVATE & FAIR Kynoco has no ads, never sells your data, and does not use tracking SDKs. Your content is only visible to members of your own crews. Movie data and posters are provided through the TMDB API. This app uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. ## Is Kynoco safe? Comes with an Apple Wallet pass and separate QR codes for admission, snacks & 3D glasses to show right at the counter. The crew now gets notified automatically when someone adds their ticket. New: Live Activity with a full evening timeline (leaving, dinner, snacks, film) right on your lock screen — plus timely little reminders. "Collection" instead of "Tickets": the tab with your memory cards now has a clearer name. Your genre awards now have their own overview. Join a crew by code directly in the app — no more detour needed. Nights can now be fully edited afterwards, including changing the film or cinema. New intro for first-time users, a reworked sign-in flow, a tidier picker when planning who's coming — plus a few smaller bugs squashed. ### 1.2.0 — 2026-07-25 You can now change a movie night after creating it – and your lock screen tells the story of the whole evening. EDIT YOUR NIGHT Change the film, cinema or showtime after creating the night. Everyone invited gets told about the change. CUES ON THE NIGHT Kynoco checks in when it matters: time to head out, grab your snacks, curtain up. Your lock screen shows the evening's timeline alongside it – head out, dinner, snacks, showtime. Switch it off in your profile. JOIN WITH A CODE Got a crew code? Enter it right in the app – Profile › Enter crew code. Pasting the whole link works too, we'll pick the code out. INVITE MORE PEOPLE While planning, bring in friends from your other crews without them having to join the crew. Invite new people straight from the wizard. YOUR COLLECTION "Tickets" is now "Collection": collector cards, genre awards and stats in one place. The awards finally have a view of their own. NEW HERE? A short intro explains Kynoco in four screens. And if you get a movie face as your profile picture, you'll now find out whose it is. ALSO Email and password are suggested at sign-in, passwords saved to Keychain Signing in and signing up are clearly separated Guest links: "Revoke link" instead of "regenerate", with a confirmation Notifications are reliably arriving again Fixed cut-off filters on the Discover page Fixed a bug where editing could shift the showtime ### 1.1.0 — 2026-07-17 Your membership card belongs in your Wallet now. • New: Apple Wallet – Add your Kynoco membership card directly to Apple Wallet, featuring a film-strip design in your rank’s material and your name on the frame. The card updates automatically with every check-in. When you rank up, even the material changes: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Enjoy the climb. • Polish and small improvements behind the scenes. See you in the dark! ### 1.0 — 2026-07-10 No release notes. ## Apps similar to Kynoco | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Watta Watch](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/watta-watch/id6743325442) | — | Free | Entertainment | | [Nika - Personal Assistant](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/nika-personal-assistant/id6483305090) | — | Free | Entertainment | | [Outtakes.](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/outtakes/id6759810650) | 5.0 (11) | Free | Entertainment | | [World Club Dome](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/world-club-dome/id6738418163) | 4.5 (2) | Free | Entertainment | | [AI Friend: Girlfriend Chat](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ai-friend-girlfriend-chat/id6737157248) | 3.8 (12) | Free | Entertainment | | [OMR](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/omr/id1461182614) | — | Free | Entertainment | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
