Kynox is a personal tracking journal. You log what you take, what you eat, and what your body does. Kynox shows you the trend, without ever prescribing anything.

PROTOCOL TRACKING

On vous présente l’application comme étant gratuite, on vous oblige a créer un compte avec vos vrai informations puis une fois sa fait on vous oblige a payer sinon vous y avez pas accès 🤦‍♀️

Kynox est une application payante par abonnement, avec un essai gratuit de 3 jours annulable à tout moment. Le téléchargement est gratuit, l'usage ne l'est pas, et c'est écrit sur la fiche ("Achats intégrés") mais clairement pas assez tôt dans l'app. Vous avez raison : découvrir le prix après avoir créé son compte, c'est désagréable.
Ce qu'on change : la prochaine mise à jour affiche le prix et les conditions de l'essai dès le premier écran, avant toute inscription.
Sur les informations : le compte se crée avec un email et un code, rien d'autre n'est vérifié. Les données demandées ensuite (poids, objectif, produits suivis) servent uniquement à calculer votre suivi. Elles ne sont ni revendues ni partagées.
Si vous voulez supprimer votre compte et vos données, écrivez à devqwiet@outlook.fr, c'est fait sous 24 h. Pour un remboursement, la demande passe par Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
