## What is Kynso?

Your day. Your pace.

Kynso is a day-by-day planner and journal for people who want less noise, not more. Each day has its tasks and a note. Whatever you don't finish carries forward to tomorrow on its own, so nothing is lost and nothing nags.

TODAY, AT A GLANCE
- Add tasks in plain words: "Dentist Friday at 3pm" sets the day and time for you.
- Star what matters, add a time, a due date or a reminder.
- Break bigger tasks into subtasks.
- Unfinished tasks carry forward overnight. No red overdue list.
- Show early keeps a task out of sight until a few days before it's due.

A NOTE FOR EVERY DAY
- A rich text note beside your tasks, with headings, lists, highlights and extra pages.
- Start from a template, or copy an earlier day's note.

DAILY CHECKS
- A short list of small things for each day, like a walk or a glass of water.
- Choose which days each one is due. No streak pressure.

PROJECTS AND PLANNING
- Group tasks into projects and filter by them.
- The Planning Hub shows everything still open, ready to schedule with one tap.
- Repeating tasks with flexible rules.

LOOK BACK
- The Timeline shows what you did, day by day.
- Trends counts what happened in plain numbers. No scores, no badges.

ALWAYS AT HAND
- A Home Screen widget where you can tick off or start tasks without opening the app.
- Siri, the share sheet and quick actions.
- Gentle reminders and an optional morning briefing.
- Works offline and syncs when you're back.

YOURS
- Separate profiles, such as Work and Personal, each kept to itself.
- Paper or Modern style, light or dark, with a true black option.
- Try it without an account. Your data stays yours, with no third-party trackers.

KYNSO PRO
Unlimited profiles, projects, note templates and daily checks, audio memos and images in your notes, and every accent colour.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.15 — 2026-10-14

• See your calendar's events above the day's tasks: Settings → Daily Log → Calendar events. They're only read, and they never leave your iPhone.
• Turn a voice note into text, right on your iPhone.
• The note editor is calmer: one Add button for photos, voice notes, links, places and templates, page tabs at the bottom, and a line that says when your note is saved. On iPad and an open iPhone Duo, give your note the whole screen.
• The widget now lists exactly the tasks of your day; a task moved to tomorrow no longer shows. Plus many small fixes, so nothing jumps around as the app loads.
• Settings is easier to find your way around: clear sections, a summary on each row, and a search box at the top
• Times on the Timeline (Settings → Tasks): see how long tasks were in progress
• Your iPhone's calendar events on the Timeline when Calendar events is on
• Deleting a profile now shows what's in it and asks you to type its name
• Guests can sign in from the profile menu

### 1.0.13 — 2026-10-12

Lock Kynso with Face ID or your passcode: Settings → Privacy → App lock.

Pro for life is here. Pay once and keep everything in Pro, except connected AI apps, which come with the monthly and yearly plans.

Sign out is now in Settings, and Settings is easier to find your way around.

Trends is tidier: one Daily checks card with each check's rate and calendar, numbers that refresh when you open the tab, and a two-column layout on iPhone Duo and iPad.

On iPhone Duo, opened flat, the divider between your tasks and your note now sits on the fold.

### 1.0.12 — 2026-10-11

Kynso now speaks Japanese. Profiles get their own emoji or initial in a colour you choose. A new habit tracker in Trends shows each daily check as a month or year grid. Saved filters follow you to every device. And with Kynso Pro, you can connect Claude and other AI apps to your tasks and notes, only as you allow.

### 1.0.11 — 2026-10-10

Ready for iPhone Duo.
- Closed, your views, quick add and profiles sit in the side column, right by your thumb.
- Open, your tasks and notes sit side by side.
- Half open, Kynso keeps everything clear of the fold.

### 1.0.10 — 2026-10-06

A fresh look, and everything closer to your thumb.

- Within reach: on phones, your tabs, quick add and day arrows now sit at the bottom. Prefer the old layout? Settings > Appearance > Phone layout.
- Two new looks with Pro, Linen and Slate, plus app icons to match.
- Timeline now shows what's coming up, from today on.
- On iPad, a tapped task opens beside your list.
- Soft sounds and taps when you finish something. Turn them off in Settings.
- Smoother ticking and opening, and many small fixes.
