Yes I can import a gild, then the application just stops with no options except to close the imported file. So far I have not been able to find any way to contact the developer for a “help” option, manual or ever a chat bot. I have purchased an annual use of the application but I think it’s a mistake. I will request my bank to arranging a reversal of the charge as the application does not do what it seemed to promise Marion Johnson, Australia ### 3/5 — Great app, but difficult to find support *2024-07-16, version 15.0.1* I’ve had a video generation stuck in the pending state for days and it won’t let me cancel it or otherwise stop it, so I’m not able to use the credits I purchased. In the FAQ there’s a “how do I get support or report an issue?” Section, and the answer is pretty much “contact us through our support channels”. But WHERE? HOW?
