In the FAQ there’s a “how do I get support or report an issue?” Section, and the answer is pretty much “contact us through our support channels”. But WHERE? HOW? Aside from this (admittedly pretty big) issue, I’ve been pretty happy with the app overall, but currently I can’t really use it. ### 3/5 — Great but *2024-04-22, version 15.0.1* When in discover you are looking at an artist profile who has a lot of images it crashes when you get down far enough into their posts. It does this every time. And when you search for something in discover, the results don’t include the artist profile name, so you can’t see more work from them even though it’s very likely they have a lot of similar content. ### 2/5 — Not functioning *2024-01-05, version 11.1.1* I downloaded this app to express my art in different ways. Did not work one bit. 15second to load? More like 15 minutes(And it never loaded) I don’t know if it was just faulty, I reopened the app several times. :( ### 2/5 — Can’t upload images *2023-12-25, version 11.0.1* App will no longer allow to upload images. Each try it shows the image n tries to crop, but there’s no check marks or anything to click n complete. Paid for the pro which gave unlimited generating, but app said I reached the daily limit. Seems false advertised ### 1/5 — Bad *2023-07-30, version 7.0.1* So it was good the first times but when i put something that even already exist it just came up completely different pls fix this ### 1/5 — CAUTION/SCAM *2023-07-24, version 6.0.3* I purchased the AI profile maker. It was supposed to make me a AI profile. Anyways, I paid $7 for it, when it uploaded my 10 photos it kept saying “creation failed”. I sent an email to the company. Nothing back. Then all of sudden it took me to the home screen. Ripped off $7, no AI profile photo. Hopefully they don’t have my card information. Wack ### 2/5 — My opinion *2023-07-21, version 6.0.3* Not good. It was as though it was reading my mind, my imagination and dreams. Emailed them and they asked for a screenshot of the error and then radio silence. ### 1/5 — Oh what a dichotomy! *2024-07-18, version 15.0.1* I purchased this application in the expectation that I could import an image from my files and “create” around it. Yes I can import a gild, then the application just stops with no options except to close the imported file. So far I have not been able to find any way to contact the developer for a “help” option, manual or ever a chat bot. I have purchased an annual use of the application but I think it’s a mistake. I will request my bank to arranging a reversal of the charge as the application does not do what it seemed to promise Marion Johnson, Australia ### 1/5 — Rip Off *2024-06-05, version 15.0.1* Paid for pro. Uploaded a photo, added the prompts and all it did was turn the photo into something AI generated that was taken from the photo. It didn’t add any prompt I asked for. ### 1/5 — New Version Doesn’t Work on Phone. *2024-05-11* It’s commendable that the devs want this app to do everything, and I understand that the more an app does the more complicated it will be to use. I am able to use this app on iPad. I primarily use it to reverse-prompt because I haven’t found another app that will do that. But now that I’ve I dated I can’t even FIND reverse-prompt; it isn’t done the same way as it is on the iPad. The option is just nowhere. Ok, so I’ll do something else - this ai video thing looks cool, I’ll ju…. What? I have to have credits? But I pay for this thing! - and that’s another issue - it is ALWAYS kicking me out. Like a few times a day I have to “restore purchase” so it remembers who I am. But on the phone even after restoring purchase it still wants credits. And even I weren’t paying, most credit-based apps have some free credits they dish out daily. No such luck here. There is literally nothing special I can do with this app on the phone. I need it to be more user-friendly. Every other ai app I’ve paid for has recognized me for over a year now with no problem, so this should be an easy fix. If reverse-prompting is still available on the phone version, MAKE it OBVIOUS SOMEWHERE PLEASE. If this new video stuff really does require a second subscription, maybe make a whole other version of the app so those of us who won’t pay more yearly than we already are don’t have to see that now 1/4 of the app is taking up space dedicated to it. Maybe those of us who only have the basic subscription could have the reverse prompt option where the video option is now. I mean I understand the obnoxious advertising to non-paying folks but those of us with the yearly subscription should at least be allowed to use the app without ads, right? I don’t know what to do with this. If there’s no more reverse prompt option and no “help” option, it’s just not worth keeping. There are other apps out there that do all the other stuff.
