I ordered meal last Friday via the app, and paid by Apple Pay successfully. When I arrived the store to pick up and found the store was close!!! I called several times but no one answered the phone. How could the app not warm people the store is close, and allow to place the order. I contacted them via the app to report this issue. Still, no response! This app is like a fraud! I need to contact my bank to get the money back! ### 1/5 — Broken functions *2026-02-15* The app shows the option for delivery for my selected location but when I got to add my delivery address, nothing happens. Type my address in and hit save but it says I have to select an address, except there is no selection option. I guess they don’t want you to order delivery through the app. I was hopeful I could stop using UberEats and order directly with the Kyuramen app but it’s proven to be impossible. Please fix!!! Who do you think you are lol ### 1/5 — Payment methods are broken *2025-01-01* I wanted to buy food. I was trying to use Apple Pay and that wouldn’t work. I manually entered my card information and it still didn’t work. Then for some reason, even though I wasn’t in the tab for gift card, I somehow was charged 20. I used that to make the order and I waited at the restaurant for 30+ minutes. Turns out my food had been ready they just hadn’t sent the notification because the lady at the front desk wasn’t sure if I had paid.
