I contacted tech support and was told I need to update app and that I must have connectivity issues. I don’t have connectivity issues with Domino’s or Zaxby’s or Kroger or Amazon. But obviously it’s my problem, not their app. ### 1/5 — Worst app doesn’t even work *2024-01-18* There app is one of the worst in the game, couldn’t even use my referral code to get my friend and I point nor is it working for the Orlando location ### 1/5 — Not recommended *2023-12-03* I could not even get logged in. Every time after I entered the 4 digits cod sent by text, it told me it’s invalid code. I’ve ordered through the app twice and the second time is the last time. The first time, I never received the ready notification so by the time I decided to pick it up, it was already cold. The second time, I waited more than 30 minutes and when I went to go see what the hold up was, they said my order doesn’t exist. They took my money and my time. Never using this franchise again. ### 1/5 — Watch out they will cancel your order without telling you. *2023-03-19* The app will say that delivery is available. You will order and wait. It’s only when you call the restaurant that they tell you that they cancelled the order on their side because they didn’t have anyone to deliver it. Ridiculous. The app should not let you order when they can’t deliver. They should contact you if there is an issue with the order. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fraud *2026-06-02* I wish I could give a zero star. I ordered meal last Friday via the app, and paid by Apple Pay successfully. When I arrived the store to pick up and found the store was close!!! I called several times but no one answered the phone. How could the app not warm people the store is close, and allow to place the order. I contacted them via the app to report this issue. Still, no response! This app is like a fraud! I need to contact my bank to get the money back! ### 1/5 — Broken functions *2026-02-15* The app shows the option for delivery for my selected location but when I got to add my delivery address, nothing happens. Type my address in and hit save but it says I have to select an address, except there is no selection option. I guess they don’t want you to order delivery through the app. I was hopeful I could stop using UberEats and order directly with the Kyuramen app but it’s proven to be impossible. Please fix!!! I manually entered my card information and it still didn’t work. Then for some reason, even though I wasn’t in the tab for gift card, I somehow was charged 20. I used that to make the order and I waited at the restaurant for 30+ minutes. Turns out my food had been ready they just hadn’t sent the notification because the lady at the front desk wasn’t sure if I had paid. I had to wait until she got off the phone to try to explain this, per her request. I’ve used it twice since, including today and it worked flawlessly. They got my order immediately and was ready for pickup right on time. Food was well made and authentic.
