I’ve had an account a long time and financed multiple cars. The people are great. But a couple of months ago, they added an app that blocked all my attempts to shop. I had to use other payment options. I went in and was told, “There’s nothing wrong with your account.  There’s plenty of funds.” Two weeks later, I went in as it was still blocking me. The teller looked at the new app and said it didn’t make sense, as following directions didn’t work. He ended calling some other dept. to re-set the settings, saying he couldn’t understand why that was so odd. Now they’re AGAIN trying to get me to add something, an app. I can’t trust them so considering closing all accounts, including large savings accounts, and using another bank.

Been with LNFCU since 1984.  Call center phone answering is still a nightmare.  Why?  Customer service back then was personal and so accommodating. These days, it’s “no, we can’t do that”.  Representatives have become programmed robots.

The new updated app has problems
When you want to schedule a payment or transfer payment, the payment bottom stays on their the lower navigation bar and there is no way to scroll up and click on it because it keeps going under the navigation bottoms on the Front

The most recent Update of the LNFCU mobile app is ridiculous. Why should I have to go to a webpage to finish the transactions? I’m trying to do? You’ve buried Bill pay underneath multiple pages and links. The whole thing is now extremely difficult to use. Most disappointed.

It seems everytime I try to get on this app it gives me trouble. Brand new iPhone 16 pro max and only problems I have are on this app. Always down for maintenance or unavailable

I see you responded to call in and you’d be glad to go over my account with me… but the app is the whole point of me not having to call in and speak to a representative…. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Please fix the widget. Since this last update the widget has stopped working and is no longer available to be use. 

One last item, stop with the downtime! Never in my life have I seen a bank with as much inaccessible to the app and website as yours. Every week it seems there is a day I cannot bank because you are down.

I’ve always had a great experience with L&N Federal Credit Union. Every time I visit a branch, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. It’s refreshing to bank somewhere that still values personal customer service, and I truly appreciate everything the employees do to make banking easy when the branch is open.

The one improvement I’d love to see is the addition of ATMs that accept cash deposits. There are times when I need to deposit cash after business hours, and having that capability would make a huge difference. It would provide much more flexibility for members who work long hours or receive cash outside of normal banking hours.

Overall, I’m very happy with L&N Federal Credit Union and the excellent service they provide. Adding cash-deposit ATMs would make an already great banking experience even better.
