I paid my EMI on the due date through the L&T Finance app using UPI because the auto-debit was not processed. Even after paying on time, I was charged ₹590 as bounce charges. If the auto-debit was not processed on 3 July, it could have been attempted the next day after verifying the payment instead of immediately treating it as a bounce and charging me. Customers should not be penalized when they have already paid the EMI on time. The most disappointing part is that neither L&T Finance nor the bank is taking clear responsibility, and the customer is left to resolve the issue alone. My experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Even after the loan was approved and all documents were signed, the loan amount was not credited. Once the paperwork was completed, they completely stopped responding to calls and messages. However, during the application stage, they kept calling multiple times a day, constantly pressuring me to finish the process. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and careless handling of customers is shocking. It feels like they are only interested until you sign the documents, and after that, they simply ignore you. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable financial service. ### 1/5 — Worst experience among all the finance services.. *2024-11-03* Worst experience with this company I don’t know how governments allowing them to operate… they are fraud and scammers who is lootinh customers without any action.. also customer care team is worst they don’t even know how to resolve the issues. I think they are recruiting nursery students into there team to talk with customers… Never go with L&T finanace .. go with other good financers… charging extra when i have sufficient balance into my account ### 1/5 — Fraud *2024-09-23* Friends, whatever I am going to tell you here is absolutely true. I took a bike finance transaction from L&T Finance and I was just a day late in making EMI payment, so they fined me Rs 1000. After that, I was just half a day late in the second EMI and I made the payment at night on the same day, then I was fined Rs 500 and after that these people started harassing all the contacts in my phone book by calling them randomly, saying that pay your penalty charge, this is their reality. If you take a loan from them, then keep in mind here that if you are even half a day late, then these people will call anyone from your phone book. I did not understand how they hacked my phone book. In the last I will say that please be careful of them, they are no less than a fraud. ### 1/5 — Scam to L&T finance *2024-06-05* Worst agents, they demand to pay first EMI and then GST also, they don't do disbursement inspite of multiple reminders they don't respond. Umesh Kumar and Sonu Mohd Jasim khan are frauds as my cibil was slow they did charge for everything also, they didn't disburse the amount still. They aren't returning the money. Not sure if they are genuine a new scam from L&T financial services. I would request to process my loan amount or refund the money that they have taken it. Also very bad customer service at call centre & at branch too. Please go with nationalised banks for loan such NBFC are really cheat with customers, having very very bad sales after service, no one is ready to take initiative to help you out.
