This is European Portuguese, Portugal/African Portuguese, however you call it. It has structure and the app works well (I've experienced no glitches). I have not done the in-app purchases because it is expensive, but I am considering it. Not a fancy game based learning app that we all like, but good considering the dearth of European Portuguese resources.
