Laura has always provided the best customer service along with the best quality items. The app is now an added bonus! I love the waitlist feature. An item I wanted sold out quickly, I was able to pre-authorize on the waitlist and had forgot about it. I checked my mailbox and the item was in my mailbox! It is a wonderful feature!
