Now it doesn’t. It opens and the page sticks on the question mark icon. I’ll try the web version. The app needs attention, stat!! ### 2/5 — glitchy *2026-06-09, version 2.0.0* the knowledge and scripture seems accurate but the app constantly crashes or glitches for me. i’ve had to delete and redownload because it won’t load past the main screen and will remain there ### 2/5 — App isn’t working *2026-04-06, version 2.0.0* I can no longer get my app to work. I loved this app. Has it been shut down? ### 2/5 — Needs some work… *2026-01-21, version 2.0.0* I was looking forward to seeing this app. At first it looked cool, however as soon as I went to ask a ChatGPT question, there was NO way to get back to the Bible. I was also wanting to see that the AI LLM had something prompted initially to ensure it is using the Bible alone and nothing else. Simple initial prompt the tool should do. ### 3/5 — Speedy but lacking *2025-04-28, version 2.0.0* The app is laid out nicely and is exceptionally fast. Faster than most I’ve used, and the knowledge base seems accurate and helpful. But it lacks quite a bit of refinement and polish. It has no dark mode, and even using my iPad in dark mode doesn’t help. My inquiries do not start out with capitalization, which bugs me, and I have to go back and capitalize my first word. Moreover, I cannot edit a word within a sentence by touching it or even holding my touch on it. I have to touch at the end of the word and then backspace the word out of existence. These things taken together make it frustrating to use, especially in early morning devotion. I am moving on to test out other Bible GPT apps. Hopefully, this app will be improved. It’s not ready for prime time. ### 4/5 — Great app and very easy to use *2024-06-01, version 1.0* The app does everything you’d want in an app like this, it’ll pull up scripture for whatever topic you’ll ask, It can get you full quotes, it could give you summaries, or even theories. Only issue with the app is it’ll crash from time to time and say “you’ve surpassed your daily limit” inconsistently, some days I’ll ask 50 questions and not run out of questions for the day while others I can’t ask one. ### 5/5 — Buggy recently *2026-05-30, version 2.0.0* The app was great at first but now frequently crashes. Whenever I try to type a prompt in the screen turns gray and stays that way. ### 5/5 — Useful tool *2025-10-11, version 2.0.0* AI is a useful tool, but regardless of your tradition, you should always cross-check it against sacred Scripture and your confessions. It’s a tool that, depending on what you’re asking, always needs to be verified. ### 5/5 — Amazing study resource *2025-10-08, version 2.0.0* I love this app so much and I've started using it more than ChatGPT even to outline studies I'm giving and suggestions, simplifying context for age-related understanding. The more specific you are with AI the better it performs. It would be nice to have a memory that keeps track of your previous conversations like ChatGPT, but it's a free app, so I don't have complaints. :) ### 5/5 — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Super helpful for Bible questions *2025-07-11, version 2.0.0* I use Bible GPT all the time, and it’s consistently accurate with Scripture. It explains things clearly, stays true to the Bible, and has been a reliable tool for study and reflection. It has been an incredible resource in my faith journey. The voice of the chatbot is kind and helpful. I find the information it gives useful and very fast. My only sorry so far in using the app is that even though I do have the wonderful option of saving and reviewing older chats, the machine itself has no memory between the chats. So it cannot interactively recall between topics about things we have discussed before. This would be a neat addition at some point. Otherwise, as I said, a very lovely app. Beautifully set up, so easy to use and my favorite price!
