### 1/5 — Horrible App from a Great Restaurant

Love the restaurant, having eaten there a few times so I was excited to see the app. 

First, it doesn’t tell you that it’s a delivery-only app. So no using this to pre-order and pick up. 

Next, doesn’t have the restaurant’s name or address so there’s no way to know if you’re even in their delivery area. 

Moving on, the way I discovered it’s only for delivery is I tried adding about $7 worth of food (i planned on picking it up). When I tried to check out, I got the message that there’s a $10 minimum. That’s cool and I have no problem with that. So I went to clear the cart because I was going to order something else. BUT YOU CANT ACCESS YOUR CART UNLESS THERE IS $10 WORTH OF FOOD. 

So I had to go add more stuff to my cart so that I could access it just to clear it. By this time I was sufficiently annoyed with the app that I didn’t place my order. 

A restaurant as good as La Borra sl deserves an app that helps people order, not hinders them a.

I found the ordering experience to be really smooth using this app - quick to order and doesn’t take up too much space on my phone. Can’t wait to use the app for my future orders!
