Please please please add this feature as soon as possible. ### 3/5 — Glitchy *2025-12-10, version 2025.03.13* Not sure what happened but whenever I search for a title, the search results page wouldn’t scroll down so I’m stuck staring at the first 2 results. When you tap on a title, the page just loads forever. However, it stores whatever your first library option was and defaults it when you place a hold even after you change your home library. With so many branches, being able to set that default would be nice. I often read book reviews and want to save a title for future reading that I know I won't be able to get to immediately. My only option when I look it up in the app is to place on hold right then or go check it out right then. It would be nice to have a saved list in the app of materials that the library has that I could go back to later on when I do have time to get and read the book. ### 2/5 — It kind of works *2021-07-27, version 2020.2* You can show your card in the app, but it doesn’t add the card to your Apple Wallet. It is not that hard for an app to do. I hope that gets fixed soon. ### 2/5 — Can’t Log In *2020-01-24, version 2019.5* I’ve been using this app for a couple of days and I can say that this was a pretty good app. I was able to see what books I can get at my local library and order some books as well, but now the app won’t let me log in. I was logged in earlier today but now I can’t log in. This is a good app but they should really fix this problem. ### 4/5 — Slowly getting better *2019-09-17, version 2019.4.5* I love this app! The recent update made the app so much better! Details like how long a book will be on hold at your local library is a great addition! As well as being to renew all the books you currently have to check out. The improvements I’d like to see is a date range with how long I will need to wait for a book or ebook that I have on hold. Also sometimes the app glitches and signs me out and I can’t sign back in. Sometimes I can get back into the app for a day or two. Besides that I really can’t complain. This is a wonderful app that pulled me back into using my local county library on a weekly basis. This is a standard library app procedure for other local libraries. You should also make searches more accessible for the general browser. There is much to be done that could make this library better. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unusable, Lacking Features *2026-01-22, version 2025.03.13* Searching for titles immediately leads to a glitch where the screen zooms in and makes the app unusable. You have to constant double tap your screen with two fingers to zoom out. I’m on iPhone 17 iOS 26.3. No way to make lists of books. Disappointing for the nation’s largest county libraries! Please do better, devs. ### 1/5 — Glitch *2025-11-17, version 2025.03.13* There’s a glitch, when I want to order a book from a library it just has the button “find a copy” and not “place a hold” so I can’t order a book to come to my local library. Great! I go to my “holds” to grab it. But sadly, no option to actually retrieve the ebook. This happens both on the iPhone and the iPad app. When logging in on the website, all works is fine. It’s so easily to search and place holds on items to pick up at my local branch, and just as easy to renew my checked out books that I’m not yet finished with! As soon as you launched the monthly news on March 1st of 2024 to announce new service Connect & Go for hotpot loan, I searched it using this app, nothing showed thru search box, tried using keywords like Hotspot, Hotspot Only, Connect & Go, Connect & Go Hotspot, etc… Only the combo Laptop + Hotspot showed up, not the new one for solely hotspot. Your staff showed me to search by using keyword Connect Hotspot, the app shows other items but not Hotspot. I tried on your website, it shows there!
