### 3/5 — Great App; Moderately Accessible the VoiceOver

*2026-08-03, version 1.92.6*

The app is great, though only moderately accessible for blind users using an iPhone with VoiceOver. I am a retired accessibility consultantwho is blind, and I would be happy to give free advice or testing.

### 2/5 — Archaic

*2026-07-20, version 1.91.3*

Antiquated interface, loses connection to Internet and sensors even though it’s next to the router and sensors, just poorly designed.

### 1/5 — Constant issues

*2026-07-18, version 1.91.3*

To many issues and limited support.

### 2/5 — Aggravating!

*2026-07-18, version 1.91.3*

We have a lacrosse model V30v4, and every time it loses Wi-Fi connection, it is a struggle to get it reconnected. Once we finally get it connected (which may take literal hours of repeated login attempts using all the suggested methods until one of them finally works), it is nice to be able to remotely access conditions at home. I’m truly not sure it’s worth a headache, though.

### 1/5 — Can’t link with Wi-Fi

*2026-07-14, version 1.91.3*

Worked fine up until I had to get a new router. Exact same model router every thing else has synced just fine and now I can’t get it to sync. Tried all remedies still no joy. Don’t know what to do with it next

### 1/5 — Impossible setup!

*2026-07-12, version 1.91.3*

Snooze alarm driving me nuts. Cannot find way to turn it off. I am unable to connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network even after several attempts at factory reset

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-07-11, version 1.91.3*

Cannot add device

### 1/5 — App

*2026-07-09, version 1.91.3*

Precipitation portion of app is very hard to find. There needs to be better options for presentation. Bar graph or ultra detailed with no in between

### 1/5 — Do Not Buy

*2026-07-06, version 1.91.3*

Device has had problems ever since it arrived. 1. Product has always had difficulty finding and staying on the WiFi network while all other devices have no problem, even when you put the device next to the router, it can’t find the Wi-Fi network. 2. Product fails to recognize daylight savings time. 3. Even with fresh back-up battery installed, it has to reprogrammed if the power goes out or the device is unplugged.

### 2/5 — Rain sensor

*2026-07-03, version 1.91.3*

I can’t get the rain sensor to connect after replacing the batteries

### 3/5 — Problem

*2026-07-03, version 1.91.3*

Something happened and only the day, time and date show correct.

Terrible

### 1/5 — Absolutely awful product.

*2026-08-22, version 1.92.6*

Absolutely awful product- difficult to set up, tech support is poor.

### 1/5 — Alerts

*2026-08-20, version 1.92.6*

After about two years the alerts now are sending alerts that are totally wrong like your home is at 185 F …can not seem to get it fixed or help to fix it.

### 1/5 — Not the best!

*2026-08-08, version 1.92.6*

The outdoor temperature seems never to work, so it causes problems for me and my husband, since he wants it to work. Something great to fight over a stupid clock that doesn’t work right!

### 1/5 — Can’t connect internet

*2026-08-03, version 1.92.6*

After 7-8 log on attempts won’t connect. Bad setup / software

### 1/5 — Won’t connect to WiFi

*2026-07-28, version 1.92.5*

All I did was change our WiFi password. I followed directions to reconnect same as originally connected.

Error message is it can’t connect to their server. Tried 4 times.
Going to Amazon to buy something easy to setup and that works.

### 1/5 — Our La Crosse WiFi Projection unit

*2026-07-22, version 1.91.3*

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Super Easy

*2026-08-19, version 1.92.6*

Fantastic!!

### 5/5 — Set up problems

*2026-08-15, version 1.92.6*

Having difficulty adding wind, and rain sensors. Old age human error could be part of the problem. 🤔

### 5/5 — Check In While Away

*2026-08-10, version 1.92.6*

As the title says, nice to be able to check in when out of town. Assuming you have WiFi connected sprinklers & HVAC, one can make needed adjustments remotely. Plus it is entertaining.

### 5/5 — Good company to do business with

*2026-08-04, version 1.92.6*

They make good on warranty. Purchased Pool thermometer several months ago and it stopped working altogether and they sent a new one out pronto no charge for anything. Also I have had three base stations replaced for various reasons out of warranty because of discontinued product or no parts available anymore. They discounted the replacement stations substantially for the upgrade current model. It’s been very easy to stay with LaCrosse over the years because of their support and desire to keep you as a customer.

### 5/5 — Customer Support

*2026-08-03, version 1.92.6*

We needed help with our weather station and the service person was excellent! He was efficient, extremely
 knowledgeable, and very kind.

### 5/5 — Weather!

*2026-07-14, version 1.91.3*

My system works!! Perfect! From anywhere in world I can get authentic weather for home. Perfect!!!

Easy as logging into my phone!!

### 5/5 — Proven with time

*2026-07-06, version 1.91.3*

I have owned my weather station for around 10 years and have replaced the rain sensor (probably because I left it out during summer) and the anemometer cup. It has worked through every storm to dry spell we’ve had without problems. A key feature I really enjoy is being able to check what’s happening at home from wherever I am in the world. I consider this review worthwhile since the station has performed for what I consider a long time and is still running.

### 5/5 — Old faithful

*2026-07-04, version 1.91.3*

If you want something that is “Always there “ then choose LA Cross!!!!

### 5/5 — Quality is back!

*2026-07-03, version 1.91.3*

Two systems that have been performing well for years. For the past few weeks (June 2026), the sensors and main units have been taking a long time to update. Now, in July, the issue seems to be resolved. 👍

### 5/5 — Disappointed

*2026-06-16, version 1.91.3*

The rain gauge will not stay connected which requires doing the setup over and over. I have to say it SUX BIGLY.
