Purchased Pool thermometer several months ago and it stopped working altogether and they sent a new one out pronto no charge for anything. Also I have had three base stations replaced for various reasons out of warranty because of discontinued product or no parts available anymore. They discounted the replacement stations substantially for the upgrade current model. It has worked through every storm to dry spell we’ve had without problems. A key feature I really enjoy is being able to check what’s happening at home from wherever I am in the world.
