Example- still has an article on a Galaxy World Cup Watch party for the World Cup final. It is December 28th. Remove the reticle. There is an article on current roster.. still has Cabral. Can’t they hire someone to just keep this and the Galaxy portion of the MLS app current? The app looks and works well- hope as the season gets closer, they just keep it current. ### 3/5 — Can’t access tickets ! *2020-03-07* The app worked just fine with my tickets loaded in the app, now the day of home opener there is a big update but my tickets are gone and I can’t access them! ### 5/5 — Can’t access tickets now!!! *2020-03-07* I was so excited that there was finally an update! It needs better options to listen to and watch live games. When watching any existing videos the screen does not rotate when the phone rotates (it’s not a phone settings problem). It does not have an option to see the league standings. The schedule does not have information on give a ways or themed games. For a club this big, to have an app like this is a spit in the fans face. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2020-01-25* I am a season ticket holder and I use the app for accessing tickets only. It is shocking to me that one of the most storied franchises in MLS history has such a poor reflection of its organization online. Does anyone from the LA Galaxy organization even use this app? Galaxy is a multimillion dollar sports entertainment company, how can you not create and maintain a decent website and smartphone application. No news, no photos, blank pages, inconsistent messaging. This needs help. I give it 1/2 star. I wrote this review in 2018. Nothing has changed! What is wrong with the Galaxy. It’s January 2020. No changes. I rest my case. It could and should be a place where fans go for the latest information. The Featured Players must be on automatic rotation, it is often a player on loan or no Longer playing for them and the info about the plaid often blank. I have deleted the app from my phone. ### 1/5 — Ruined a great app. *2019-08-09, version 2.1.6* The previous version of this app was great. Easy to access various sections, ran smoothly and really organized well. This new app is terrible! It’s slow and very frustrating. Been a fan since ‘96 and use to follow my team religiously on the old app but very rarely use the new one.Really disappointing. ### 1/5 — The App is Useless *2019-05-28, version 2.1.6* When trying to look at the upcoming schedule, we have no idea who we are playing. Trying to transfer tickets is impossible (you have to use a link your S.E. sends out). I still can’t figure out how to pre-order my food from my seats.
