I came from Android, where this app worked smoothly however when I upgraded to iOS the app as I knew it didn’t work.  I wasn’t expecting one of the most fundamentally important features of the app to not work especially on iOS.

Why would you remove the ability to use face ID to sign in?? Now i have to type in my login info every. Single. Time.

My doctor sent me a message and yet I can’t access the website. My app is down and so is the actual website. I just hope she didn’t reply with she sending me medication because now I can’t get access to it.

I can’t enroll to see the things I need to see I can’t put my email and all that stuff but how do I create a password if it doesn’t give you the option so I can’t enroll in to the app or web browser prolly to see what I want

Who told yal to change from the HealtheLife app. It worked!! Now this trash app will only let you log in but I can’t see my appointments medical notes or message my doctors bc I can’t get past the initial page bc as soon as you log in you have to log out 🤣🤣 if my care wasn’t free I’d cancel yal frfr

I love this app, I’m able to message my doctor and my kid’s doctor for any advice/question. I get a phone call from them the very next day or even the same day!!!

I like to connect my health records to my iPhone but your app currently doesn’t connect to Apple Health. Please add this or create a bridge to MyChart records. Would help me consolidate my records. Thank you so much.
