It closes automatically as soon as I tap to open. I tried to remove and re-add the app and I get the same thing. Even when attempting to sign into the app now has or says “connectivity issue”. ### 1/5 — For an app saying there’s work *2023-02-23, version 5.6* You advertise it well, a broken app means there’s work. Neither is the mobile website. It is so antiquated, the constant reloading makes it impossible to keep your place while filling out forms and then it times out and resets. This app is totally useless as you can’t do anything beneficial that pertains to your unemployment claim. Where is all the features at that you guys have on the website? They should be in sequence! DO BETTER, this is an embarrassment to the State of Louisiana! 👎🏼 ### 1/5 — One of the worst apps I have ever dealt with *2020-07-21, version 5.3.2* This app is too cluttered and many f the links do not work. An app of this type should be easy to use. The difficulty of using this app cost our family thousands of dollars in benefits. It would not allow us to recertify. We tried calling their call center hundreds of times every day. The one time I got through the agents children were so noisy I couldn’t hear. She gave me another number to call but it was busy every one of the 75 times I called that day and the hundreds of times I tried each day since. Two months later and we are still waiting. They do send jobs they think I qualify for as a disabled former science teacher. One was for a position teaching surgical techniques to nursing students. This would result in deaths to people if they let me teach this. Seems to me like this app and the entire system are broken. Wish I could give negative stars. ### 1/5 — As good as the state govt of Louisiana *2020-07-11, version 5.3.2* Or in other words it’s terrible. I downloaded this app to search for a new job because the website on my laptop can’t access jobs and this app is even worse because it doesn’t load any jobs. It’s useless! Good luck everyone laid off because of COVID and the failing economy. LAworks can’t help you and don’t expect unemployment either because again it’s the state of Louisiana and it can’t do anything right. ### 1/5 — Typical Louisiana *2020-04-21, version 5.3.2* Excels at nothing but failure. Instead of complaining, y’all could write a letter to LA Hire about how they should update their app with more features and such. I’m sure they would appreciate the feedback since I doubt they read app reviews. Furthermore, if one of y’all has any software or app development experience, then gee, you should send an email to LA Hire with your credentials, so you can possibly redevelop this app and make it more beneficial.
