La Hora del Inmigrante helps immigrant families in the United States get ready before they need to. Keep your important documents in one secure place, make a plan with our team, and reach SOS in seconds. La Hora is an immigration preparedness membership. We are not a law firm and the app does not provide legal advice or legal representation. In an emergency, always call 911. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Document vault: store passports, IDs, birth certificates and other key papers securely, ready when your family needs them. • SOS: press and hold for 2 seconds to alert the La Hora team. Your precise location is shared with the authorized team for up to 8 hours, and with your permission the app records visible video and audio. You can stop at any time and download your video afterwards. • SOS widget: add the SOS widget to your Home Screen to open SOS in one tap. • Appointments: schedule time with the La Hora team to review your family plan. • Centinela: an AI assistant that answers general questions about preparing your family. It uses OpenAI, asks for your consent first, and does not give legal advice. • Live programs: watch John R. De la Vega's live programs for members. • Family plan: cover the people who matter most under one membership. • Bilingual: the whole app works in Spanish and English. FREE ACCOUNT Create a free account to use the document vault (up to 5 documents). Upgrade any time to unlock SOS, appointments and every member tool.
