I have chosen La La Land over others in the past because I was motivated to get to the next tier where I can get a free pastry with my order. Now that I’ve reached it, it never shows as an option in my cart, I never feel motivated to go over the other places. I also tried changing my order, tip amount, email, just about everything, and I still couldn't pay. I even deleted the app and redownloaded, and got new reasons I couldn't pay every time I tried.
