Pésima

Pésima logística con la app! Tiempos de entrega irreales! Cobran pero no envían lo solicitado por la app y ni hablar del soporte que nunca contesta en WhatsApp! No tienen ni idea de logística y ofrecen servicios que no cumplen. Mi mercado con promesa de entrega 90 minutos lleva un día y nadie sabe ni siquiera donde está! Pero la plata ya la cobraron!

Pésimo servicio

Luego de haber realizado una compra por la plataforma con Tarjeta de crédito, el pedido me llegó incompleto y me envían la razón de contactarme con soporte para darle solución y llevo más de 15 días tratando de obtener un reembolso. Me ignoran por correo, por whatsapp el teléfono fijo cuelga las llamadas
