Unfortunately, the service has become extremely frustrating because the app and arrival estimates are so inconsistent. The app will say a vehicle is estimated to arrive in 10 minutes, but **9 times out of 10, the vehicle is either very late or arrives much earlier than expected**. It honestly feels like the estimated arrival times and routes are being calculated by AI or an algorithm that does not accurately reflect what is actually happening on the road. Whatever system they’re using needs serious improvement. The routes are another major issue. I’ve been picked up first multiple times, only to spend **30+ minutes in the vehicle** while we pick up other passengers and drop them off before I reach my destination. If I’m picked up first, it doesn’t seem fair that my trip can become significantly longer because of the route being planned inefficiently. Metro Micro needs to provide **much more accurate arrival times and better routing**. People cannot reasonably be expected to stand outside waiting indefinitely because the projected arrival time is unreliable. This is especially frustrating when it’s raining, extremely hot, or late at night when waiting outside can feel unsafe. I really want Metro Micro to succeed because affordable transportation is important for people who don’t have cars. But after using it for over a year, I feel like the reliability and routing need significant improvement. **We deserve accurate arrival estimates and routes that don’t unnecessarily add 30+ minutes to our trips.** ### 5/5 — BRILLIANT *2026-07-31* Recently busted my car and this is a life saver! Basically gone car free now. Professional, on-time, CHEAP, and gets me all around door-to-door in my neighborhood. Best kept secret in LA. Metro team: hoping you can extend to all of LA (do you have a roadmap somewhere of new communities?). Also, service until midnight would be awesome. ### 1/5 — Good concept terrible execution *2026-06-30, version 4.4.1* I’ve been taking the Metro Micro for about a week now the concept is good. It’s something to rival rideshare program within the existing network of the LA Metro however, the execution of it is abysmal. The rides that you request of wildly inconsistent, coupled with the fact that if you can even get a ride in the first place, I believe the system should be heavily refined or heavily funded. ### 5/5 — Nice upgrade *2026-06-27, version 4.4.1* Im glad you added a stop nearby to my address. ### 1/5 — Routing system is garbage *2026-05-21, version 4.4.1* What’s unforgivable about this service is that at some point of your route it will pick another passengers up depending on the route that driver take in the middle of your ride. I have seen this thing add 2-3 people on my way home making me sit in the van for 40-50min. Total garbage of a gps system they are using. ### 1/5 — Pointless update *2026-05-13, version 4.4.1* Driver parked in a dangerous street next to freeway after called said I was present. Drove off without looking at me while waving. Not being able to run across the street. What’s the point of the location being on when they don’t look at it? Driver also came earlier than expected. Cannot review after canceled ride anymore either. ### 2/5 — Horrible. *2026-05-05, version 4.4.1* They don’t have any cars. Any time I try to schedule something, even hours or days in advance, there’s literally no option to be picked up by Metro Micro. It only gives me the “option” to take the bus. If I wanted that, I’d download the Transit app. ### 1/5 — Bad Tracking *2026-05-04, version 4.4.1* The application no longer knows where drivers are. This is the third time in a row driver tracking has been off. The app says the driver is 10 minutes out when they’re really at the pickup spot. The drivers can only wait a handful of minutes and leave before I can walk to the pickup spot. You have to show up 20min early so you don’t miss your driver. ### 1/5 — Wrong pick up time *2026-04-21, version 4.4.1* Canceled my ride when I did not request a ride at that time. Now unable to schedule. Trash app ### 2/5 — Takes way too long *2026-04-11, version 4.4.1* This app tells you a car is coming at 12:30 and then the arrival time will keep changing and changing until they are more than a half hour late.
