No standing in a line when you need to catch a train! ### 1/5 — App always crashes *2026-06-02, version 1.2.1* App is always crashing when trying to selection parking options. It is annoying to enter your 16 digit TAP card number. When a station zone is closed for a month, there is no message telling you that the station is close so wasted money on parking. ### 1/5 — Worst App in existence *2025-07-06, version 1.1.1* Took me over an hour to pay for parking could not be a worse app. Long story short you need a TAP card to pay for a parking. ### 1/5 — Incredibly glitchy *2025-06-25, version 1.1.1* I can’t think of an app that is more frequently glitchy. I use this to park about 20 times a month. I would say that on average it does not allow me to pay five or six times per time I park before it works. That means I have to attempt 100 transactions per month to park just 20 times. The worst part is the only option other than just persevering through the terrible tech is to accept a ticket. I likely pay $120 per month in undeserved tickets. I think this is intentional on behalf of Metro as an unethical means to collect revenue.
