We connect drivers with passengers looking for efficiency, safety and speed in their transportation in Cuba. With La Nave you can earn money without wasting fuel or trading times, at the time of day or night that suits you best. Our app is easy to use and makes rational use of mobile data. We want to make each experience a unique story. Your role is key.

Sign up to drive with La Nave:
- Activate your location and mobile data on the phone (the app uses this information so you can efficiently collect the people requesting the service)
- Install La Nave for drivers - Open the app and register as a driver (it's simple)
- Upload the requested documentation (you will only have to use your phone's camera)
- Use it: activate and accept trips (we will recommend areas of the city that are in greatest demand)
- You can see the photo of your customers and their user rating, as well as the suggestion of travel on the map (both for pickups, as for final destination)
- In addition, you can use the app chat to specify any details of the race. This service is completely free of charge.
- When finished, rate the trip. Your user experience is essential to offer the best service.

Requirements to drive with La Nave:
• Have a driver's license and operational license
• Have a car in good technical condition
• Use a mobile phone with the ability to activate mobile data and keep the app working

Como conductor que lleva casi desde el inicio trabajando en la app no veo bien lo de las calificaciones, ya que por ejemplo en mi caso, que estuve tiempo sin trabajar producto de un accidente me bajaron las estrellas y ahora q estoy incorporado no me suenan viajes y en consecuencia no puedo subir la calificación porque no me suenan los viajes, creo q es algo un poco absurdo que los conductores nuevos tengan más prioridad que los q llevamos tiempo trabajando y no hemos tenido nunca ninguna situación negativa con ningún cliente.

Hola , muchos conductores usamos iPhone , ya está app lleva 4 sin actualizar por favor denle una solución , trabajamos pasando trabajo porque la app no notifica viajes, ni trabaja en segundo plano , Actualícenla por favor ya son 4 años y van para 5 ya

Envia un mensaje donde dice que la nace no permite viajar con nadie mas que n el carro, quien protege chofer de 4 personas que le caigan encima, quien protege al chofer de que le quiten el carro, la calle esta mala de día y de noche y si todos los vehículos por lo general estatal y muchos particulares llevan acompañante incluyendo las gacelas por que sera???? Esto empezó por un intermediario y ahora ya te revisan el carro y demas, si van a exigir brinden una mejor app, pues esta en 2 por tres te deja colgao, se te cierran las carreras y demas

Muy buena la app pero deberían de poder hacer visualizar que se vea el destino de los clientes, ya que la recogida no es problema.

La app no funciona en segundo plano, no muestra la ubicación a los clientes así como no llegan notificaciones de nuevos viajes a los conductores mientras la app está en 2do plano. Por favor actualicen y solucionen este error, varios conductores q tenemos iPhone no podemos trabajar bien con este problema. Saludos!
