## What is La Nave.?

La Nave is a mobile application that connects passengers and drivers 24 hours a day, offering you a transportation solution adapted to your local needs.

How does it work?
• Activate location and mobile data on your phone (the app uses this information so the person driving knows where to pick you up and what route to take)
• Open the app
• Register (it's super easy)
• Search by name or mark on the map the place you want to go to
• Select the category in which you want to travel (Moto, Basic, Comfort, Basic XL and Comfort XL)
• Then, the approximate fare of the trip and its breakdown will be available (it will vary in cases of change of route or according to waiting times)
• You will be able to see the driver's photo, the rating of the quality of their service, the vehicle data and follow the trajectory on the map while you wait (it will never be too long)
• Additionally, you can use the app's chat to clarify any details of the race. This service is completely free of cost
• Pay the driver in cash for the ride
• At the end of the trip, rate the experience and the person responsible. Your opinion is essential for us. You will also receive a travel receipt or invoice by email
• We will be with you for any help you may need. When and how you need.

Llevo meses tratando de configurar la app mes a mes y jamás me llega el mensaje de confirmación vía sms así tengo a un grupo de clientes que les estaba recomendando la app pero definitivamente no se logra realizar un registro exitoso, ahora en la ultima actualización con la incorporación de la tienda, la interfaz está des balanceada, al acceder a la tienda, no puedes salir de la página de seleccionar, la ciudad o el municipio porque no hay un botón para cerrar o cancelar y regresar atrás, para ello debes cerrar y volver a abrir la app, cuando accedes se demora muchísimo en cargar la información del mapa aún estando la ubicación perfectamente geolocalizada etc etc

Esta aplicacion se usa en Cuba, yo no vivo alla. Alguien esta usando mi identidad y me llegan todos los dias los recibos de viajes de donde recojen a la persona y a donde le llevan. He enviado correos para que desactiven mi nombre y nadie hace nada. No hay ningun numero donde llamar  o dar una queja. No tengo opcion para desactivarla porque piden el numero de telefono y nose el numero de la persona que usa esta aplicacion a mi nombre. Por lo tamto esta aplicacion nones buena y se puede prestar para muchas cosas.   Yo no vivo en Cuba. Favor de alguien contactarme, esto es ilegal.
