“I had placed an online order and the payment was successfully deducted. After that, I received a call from the store saying that delivery was not possible and I would have to collect the order myself. Despite paying delivery charges and placing the order online for home delivery, I had to travel to the outlet. This caused inconvenience and wasted my time. I am disappointed with the service and request appropriate action and compensation.”

My issue is not about the refund. My concern is that the order should not have been accepted in the first place if delivery was not possible. Taking the order, collecting payment, and then calling the customer to say delivery cannot be provided is not acceptable.

I tried making a order at lapinoz app from your jahangirpura branch the option was available for pikup no delivery was available so i placed a order and the order first was accepted and the payment also got deducted then i reached after few mins but the outlet is closed and now my order is placed but the pizza status is not into preparation.. if the oulet is closed how come your app accepts the order and accepted the payment.

I am writing this mail to express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced at Lapinoz Pizza.
I ordered pizza from your outlet expecting good quality and timely service, but unfortunately the experience was very poor. The delivery was delayed and the quality of the pizza was not up to the mark. This is not what I expect from a brand like Lapinoz.
Because of this, my overall experience was very unsatisfactory. I believe customers deserve better service and quality, especially when they are paying full price.

My experience was too bad. I order the food two hours before I get it. It was too late and when I call THE outlet, they refuse to ask that you give us late order. Please don’t take this I prefer Domino’s McDonald’s or other outlet, but this is the worst experience. I got too bad too bad. My experience with this app’s food order was very disappointing. I ordered garlic bread, but what I received was just plain, uncooked bread with no garlic flavor and no cheese at all. It didn’t taste like garlic bread in any way.I also ordered the Triple Chocolate Brownie, but they sent me a choco lava cake instead, and even that was not good. The quality was poor and nothing matched what I paid for.

I’m honestly furious with this order! I placed 2 large pizzas at 4:36 PM, and the app showed delivered by 5:10 PM — what a joke! I kept following up because the status was wrong, and I finally got my order at 5:55 PM after almost an hour of waiting.

And when it finally arrived, it was a complete disaster. The pizzas were cold, no cheese pull, cheese stuck in lumps, and the base was hard like cardboard. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours! Nobody in my family could eat it — we literally had to throw both pizzas straight into the bin.

We’ve ordered before, but this experience was beyond pathetic. Never expected such horrible quality and service. Total waste of money, time, and mood.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst pizza place I’ve ever ordered from. Every single time I order, the pizza arrives late by over 1.5 hours — and I live just 300 meters away from the store! That’s walking distance, and still they manage to mess it up.

The pizza itself? Cold, soggy, and hard as a rock. It tastes like it’s been sitting around for hours before delivery. Nothing fresh, nothing hot, nothing even remotely worth the money.

Customer service? Absolutely useless. No updates, no apologies, no urgency. They clearly don’t care about their customers, only about taking money and delivering garbage food whenever they feel like it.

This place is a complete disgrace to the word “pizza.” Save your time, money, and hunger — DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You’ll regret it like I did, every single time.

If there was an option to give ZERO STARS, I would have done that. I placed my order over 4 hours ago, and not only did they fail to deliver it, but they are also not refunding my money. This is absolutely pathetic service.

The staff is unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. No updates, no communication, no apology. Just false assurances and wasting customer time. How can a reputed brand like La Pino’z Pizza treat customers like this?

I have been calling multiple times, but they either don’t pick up the call or keep making excuses. It’s shocking to see how lightly they take customer satisfaction.

4 hours waiting → No food. No refund. No accountability.
This is not just poor service, it’s cheating customers.

I’ll make sure to share this experience everywhere so others don’t get trapped the way I did. If you’re hungry and value your money, NEVER order from La Pino’z Pizza VIP Road Zirakpur. Total scam experience.
