I am saying this because I ordered my pizza and its about 2 hours I haven’t received it. I tried multiple follow ups and outlet didn’t prepare the order till one hour and rider they sent switched off its phone. I was blank what to do so at that point I want to cancel and get refund for same. At the end I got the cold pizza. If you want to experience same go ahead. I regret i should have buyed from dominos i would he 2 medium on same prize but it never disappoints. I paid rs 95 more for each pizza for adding more mozerrela but there was no added mozerella in it additionally, the pizza was not the one which i had ordered. And taste very bad. It was not at all fresh. While i went on store they were having hunders of base on stand. Not even sure how much older they would be. Do buy from some reputed store like dominoz they make fresh base. And taste much better Dominos might cost you more. But trust me what i saw in the la pinoz pizza store having hunders of base. But the LP coins I’ve gathered from this is totally useless. Rarely I get coupons which can be purchased. Also when you order normally(without any offers) it always shows option to use LP coins at the time of order confirmation. But you can never use it, it always shows not possible. Why do you even have these LP coins if you dont want user to use it. And on the dashboard they show 1LP coin = 1Rs. What rubbish developers and management are there. I placed an order and was assured it would be ready shortly. However, I ended up waiting over 2 hour, during which the staff repeatedly told me the order was "almost ready." It was clear they were just stringing me along with false promises. Such poor service and blatant dishonesty are unacceptable. This is worst app to order your pizza from. Because if they don’t have Double Burst sauce available to put into base they will use Thousand Island mayonnaise instead if it thinking that the customer is fool and will not notice it. Yuck, the thousand island mayo in my pineapple pizza made it taste disgusting. When we called them they told us that driver was dispatched from their and our delivery will be at our place within 10 minutes, but it has been 1 hour that our order didn’t reach us.
