Eu baixei e paguei 16,90 pelo App, porém não consigo utilizar, devido a uma propaganda da MONEYINFOSEARCH.COM que não sai da tela. Gostaria de saber o que fazer?

I downloaded it but there is nothing to read and listen to it. I don’t know it’s only my problem. 
Hope I can be able to listen to audio bible soon in Italian.
