Don’t use. Latrobe Financial should be doing better than this. Barely rates one star! ### 1/5 — Shocking *2023-04-06, version 2.0.0* The old version wasn’t as problematic. The new version randomly locks me out of my account & tells me to ring help desk. I constantly have to delete the app & reload it. Bring the old version back! On a regular basis, it just won’t accept my login credentials, then locks me out. Then I would resort to logging in online, however, I would be locked out of the system. Next step, I need to call Latrobe F in the morning to unlock/reset the system.
