Takes ages to connect and often times out.  Latrobe seem to always go cheap and cheerful with its app and user portal website.

Very disappointed with this app. Downloaded and used for a week and now it constantly tells me to reload. Don’t use. Latrobe Financial should be doing better than this. Barely rates one star!

The old version wasn’t as problematic. The new version randomly locks me out of my account & tells me to ring help desk. I constantly have to delete the app & reload it. Bring the old version back! Nothing good about this version!

Why isn’t this working - it’s just new and giving error messages - ridiculous

5/4/23 - now says login details are incorrect and only works if you delete and reinstall for one login ☹️

The app doesn't embed onto phone to open the app you need to open from within App Store.

This app is too clunky, and not user friendly at all. On a regular basis, it just won’t accept my login credentials, then locks me out. Then I would resort to logging in online, however, I would be locked out of the system.
Next step, I need to call Latrobe F in the morning to unlock/reset the system.
And yes, time for a significant overhaul.

For a company that is supposed to be up there in winning awards each year you certainly need to update this app. It is seriously out of date.

One of the ugliest apps I have ever used. Makes me question how professional La Trobe is. Surely they could invest some of their profits into developing a decent app.
