Seems broken. Everything else about the app is just a repeat of the website, so basically a useless app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-08-19, version 1.3.0* Can’t view sectionals in AR at all. It is so bad I have never been able to find what I’m looking for. Gave up and deleted this junk. Sadly I really love their products. Prefer them. Now we are looking to furnish another room, but the frustration of trying to shop their app has driven me to competitors apps. My La-z-boy credit card goes unused as I shop other companies apps and use their cards. Until these guys catch up to reality that folks shop on their phones rather than their laptops, we’ll take our money elsewhere. ### 1/5 — APP not working at all *2021-01-27, version 1.0* I was at the store we picked out chairs and they told us to use the app to see how it would look. I have now tried it 3 times on my phone or iPad. And the pages do come up, but anything that has to be selected does not work, the filter does not come up, the fabric selection does not come up. It's not me, it's you. ### 1/5 — App is fine BUT DO NOT PURCHASE LA-Z-BOY *2022-06-21, version 1.3.0* Bought the first of many pieces (over the years) in 1982- THE QUALITY TODAY IS POOR IN COMPARISON. You will spend more than average on furniture which is delivered poorly constructed and assembled and often damaged too. Trying to get this fixed to your satisfaction (because who doesn't want to get what they were promised?) will lead to MANY hours on hold with the Minnesota call center. “Repair” appointments are scheduled 3 months out for the furniture that you waited 10 months for. Don’t shop La-Z-Boy. ### 1/5 — App malfunction *2022-02-12, version 1.3.0* What’s the purpose of advertising a virtual reality AR function of it never works?-EVERY single time I try to “see what it looks like” and try to use the app, I get an error message that says “we cannot load this product xxy-494” Fix the bug issues. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-01-28, version 1.3.0* Installed and got error codes on every single thing I tried to view in AR. There is NOTHING to click on where it should be. BUT using its VR function ate my phone battery from 100% to 31% within a couple minutes. Plus I could feel my iPhone getting hot! After a visit to a showroom, we were excited come home and virtually see the pieces we were considering in our home. We found the pieces in the app, but when we tapped each piece to customize the fabric, there were no details listed whatsoever, just blank boxes.
