I completely understand the no returns and exchanges but please allow us to cancel orders if they have not shipped yet. I said straight up that I based the sizing off the age given and even sized up but it still didn’t fit and they kept saying you can get a 10% refund when I paid full price and everything. They said they don’t do international returns and only offer refunds for international buyers. They finally agreed on a 60% refund on one of the suits but for the other one they wouldn’t budge and kept offering 10%. This whole process took like 3 days and the I paid about $150 on this whole order and I’m only getting about $25-30 back. The suits are a set price but for refunds I have to bargain???
