## What is LabCalcMadeEasy?

A fast, focused calculator for the wet-lab bench.

Built for single-cell and molecular biology workflows — BD Rhapsody sample pooling, dilutions, dsDNA molarity, and a full scientific calculator, all in one offline app.

TOOLS

Pool — Plan BD Rhapsody sample pooling with QC removal. Enter sample count, final pool volume, QC removal volume, and target nuclei after QC. Supports tagged samples (T1 to T6), per-sample final volumes that auto-fill to pool ÷ N (editable if uneven), and switches between stock and diluted input modes with a dilution factor.

Dilute — Classic C1V1 = C2V2 dilution calculator. Pick any combination of concentration units (M, mM, µM, nM, ng/µL, µg/mL) and volume units (L, mL, µL). Instant results.

dsDNA — Convert between pg/µL and nM using average fragment size. Handles both stock and pre-diluted input via a dilution factor. Uses the standard 660 g/mol per bp conversion.

Calc — A clean scientific calculator with trig functions (sin, cos, tan), logarithms (log10, ln), exponents, square roots, parentheses, π, and e.

WHY

No accounts. No ads. No data collection. Works entirely offline, designed for quick calculations at the bench when you do not want to reach for a laptop or interrupt a protocol. Supports both light and dark modes.
