I have tried numerous times to cancel this subscription to no avail, there is no customer support the email link does not work, and there is no phone number.

I got the app to try to make some labels for my business and the app couldnt do what I needed so I uninstalled the app and canceled the free trial and I was still charged $52 and they will not refund me and support doesn’t even work.

They will sign you up for the $49.99 yearly plan. I cancelled to days late and they took the whole amount. DO NOT USE this free trial is very hard to use anyway.

I was fraudulently charged my card without warning or what it was supposed to be for. The app is minimal.  It has no help desk, Q&A, how to. Though plan with very little I’m still unsure how to use it being I’m tech slow. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Don’t even bother trying it out.

I purchased a years subscription and am enjoying using it. 
I have contacted the vendor twice for advice, but unfortunately their after service is not as one would expect. I haven’t, as yet received a reply. 
I feel it is good value but the support could be improved.

### 3/5 — Really Good APP that Just Needs Some Tweeking

The only real problem with this app is that after you save a project to your iphone, you can import it back in to the app, it but can’t edit your previous work.  You have to start over.

Other than that, it’s a great, easy to use application.  I designed several really cool labels for my beef jerky packages.  Options are just enough to create but not overwhelming.

A few tweaks here and there and it’s 5-star.
