I purchased the unit. I have packages to get out tomorrow and this is the biggest inconvenience. Before the update, it was working perfect, no issues. Bam. I have the PM260 and with the latest update, I can’t get it to print anything. It’s stuck in the printing status mode. It shows printer connected to Bluetooth with a full battery charge. It’s saying the printer top is open when it’s completely closed and also says the label paper is not correct even though it’s the same label roll used before the update. This printer is now no use to me.
