## What is Labelocity?

Labelocity is the easiest way to create bounding boxes with labels for your object detection dataset. Simply connect an Amazon S3 bucket that contains your images, and annotate away! You can even add colleagues to help you label your data (requires subscription). Once you're finished, you can export to Turi Create (Apple) and TensorFlow (Google) formats for building your object detection ML models.

Features:
• Import images from Amazon S3.
• Exports to Turi Create (Apple) and TensorFlow (Google).
• Work on projects with colleagues (requires subscription).
• Supports both iPhone and iPad!
• Scales easily from small to large projects.

Labelocity is FREE to use for one project without collaboration and up to 50 images and 100 bounding boxes. You may upgrade to access at an introductory rate of $9.99 USD per month or $99.99 USD per year and get unlimited Projects, Images, Bounding boxes, and Collaborators! This rate will expire November 30, 2018.

Note: To use Labelocity, you will need to store your images in an Amazon S3 bucket and provide read-only access. Here's a video how to generate the S3 keys to use in the app: https://youtu.be/z4X_ADHcIyI.

Why choose Labelocity?
If you're exploring creating an Object Detection dataset, you've likely came across free and paid tools to create your data. Many tools require lengthy setup, high costs, and don't export to the format you need, requiring extra effort. In addition, few offer collaboration with your colleagues, making it very time consuming to annotate lots of images. Choosing Labelocity to label your images will have your ML model to production faster and with less expense.

About the Subscription:
• You may choose between Monthly ($9.99 USD) or Annual ($99.99 USD) subscription lengths. Both subscriptions provide unlimited Projects, Images, Annotations and Collaborators.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2021-09-10, version 1.0.3*

Yeah I had to sign into a Google account I don’t even have one what is the point where I when I yeah I had to sign into a Google account but I don’t even have one what is the porn stupid app where I can’t even do anything with it I hate you I hate you I hate you I hate you I hate you I hate you!!

### 1/5 — Cumbersome; maybe a ripoff

*2019-09-02, version 1.0.3*

So I don’t quite understand 2 things: (1) why only S3 buckets? Why not import from other sources and (2) why is this even a subscription product? Are you hoping people won’t remember to cancel it? I’m still scratching my head.
