### 3/5 — A Man On Mars

*2025-11-16*

Love the app and the service. Would love to be able to see my submissions through the app though.

### 2/5 — Should be the exact same as the website.

*2024-07-07*

The app doesn’t really do much information wise. It lacks many of the actual good features that the website has. I don’t understand why the app wouldn’t be the same as the website. I mean, you can’t even see messages in the app which is wild. Overall, man this just isn’t a good app. It would be amazing if it was the same as the website. Is this too much to ask for? The website is already there for reference…. Man if this was fixed, it would help so many artists.

### 3/5 — Limited functions

*2024-04-20*

The app is too basic and feels unfinished.

### 2/5 — Filters are broken

*2024-04-04*

When I try to save filters they randomly leave out some of the selections I make. I currently can’t view melodic dubstep, wave, and a few other genres from the label standpoint.

### 4/5 — Lacks features that the website has.

*2023-06-20*

Overall good app, just takes a while to load certain features/categories. As an artist you want to have an option for messages and notifications. Also a way to listen and/or view the tracks you have submitted to labels or opportunities.

### 2/5 — Where is the message inbox??

*2022-07-28*

I mean I wanted to use the mobile app to keep in touch with labels but I guess ya’ll don't have that feature….will change my rating once that gets implemented.

### 4/5 — Really awesome. Could use a “profile” option though.

*2022-05-31*

The app is really dope. However, it would be beneficial to have it be like the website on mobile.

### 3/5 — Lacks features

*2022-02-02*

As an artist the app itself serves me pretty much no purpose, the website and the idea they have created is wonderful but the app is useless in my opinion. As an artist I cannot check messages, notifications, I can’t edit or change anything on my profile, or even pull up my own profile to even look at, the app literally serves zero purpose to an artist, great for fans who want to listen to submissions and scout for labels and what not but there is no reason to have this as an artist which is a shame because I really like what they’re doing and I’d love to have an app to track submission, messages, and releases while I’m away from home.

### 3/5 — For scouting only

*2022-01-13*

I wish we could do other things in the app, such as submit already uploaded tracks to additional places, check on notifications, etc.

### 4/5 — Needs more

*2021-08-23*

Great layout and comfortable HUD. I just wish I was able to look, message, and send things to record labels.

### 4/5 — Artists?

*2021-04-13, version 1.7.8*

Can’t use the app with artist account 😢

### 2/5 — From the label side, this app is missing the one feature that would make it useful.

*2020-06-15*

Listening to demos on the road is fine but what I really want is MESSAGING. Why can labels not access their messages with the artists from the app?? LabelRadar consistently overlooks it’s chat feature both on mobile and desktop. What good is finding songs you want to sign if the ability to talk to the artist behind the songs is so poorly designed??

**Developer response:** Hey Zemelb, thank you for the feedback - we agree that messaging is very important and have flagged this with our development team so we can look to include messaging in the mobile app soon.

### 1/5 — Useless for Artists

*2025-04-20, version 1.10.2*

I don‘t get for what this app can be used. No profile, no submission, no messages, no useful search, weak performance. What‘s the use case and why did someone waste time and money to develop this? Get in touch with your users, ask what they need, check budget and THEN - not earlier - start to develop. This app is waste of time.

### 1/5 — Not good for artists at all!

*2024-10-21*

All you can do is listen to other people’s music, theirs no place to actually send your own music in and get messages from labels that could be checking out your music, this app is just looking for your money don’t fall for it!

### 1/5 — App doesn’t at all have the functionality the website has

*2023-12-19*

Would be great if y’all could add the features from the web app to the mobile app, I thought I downloaded a completely different application.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-09-24, version 1.10.2*

They should call this app something else, because this has nothing to do with the actual website and service.

### 1/5 — Empty App

*2023-09-06, version 1.10.2*

There’s absolutely nothing relevant you can do with this app. You cannot read your messages, nor notifications related to your tracks nor anything. We’re fans of Labelradar but this app really doesn’t help at alle I guess the good rating came from inside the company. Very weird.

### 1/5 — No artist functionality

*2022-08-20*

I’m giving this app one star for obvious reasons. I’m signed in as an artist, yes I can’t access any of the basic features from the desktop version.
I pretty much only care about any communication from labels or being able to track my submissions. I don’t really care about the “Discover” tab, and yet, that’s like the only thing in the app.

### 1/5 — Sign in issues...

*2020-12-05, version 1.7.8*

I couldn’t sign in to my account.

### 2/5 — No sense

*2025-07-25, version 1.10.2*

I actually don't understand the goal of this app, its completely useless for artists, better use the website's

### 2/5 — Cannot keep track of submitted songs

*2025-02-23*

Biggest issue with the app is it doesn’t allow you to monitor your tracks and messages which I’m sure is a big reason why a lot of folks got this app, me included. Pretty much only useful for keeping an eye on the contests which is very disappointing.

### 2/5 — no value

*2024-11-04, version 1.10.2*

I use LableRadar as an artist, so the parts that are most important are uploading and sharing music with labels and or promotors and the message center an statistics of shared tracks to see if there has been any reaction to my songs. None of those things can be done in the App, so what is it's purpose?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great

*2025-06-30, version 1.10.2*

Super nice platform.. thanks LabelRadar

### 5/5 — Love

*2023-12-13*

The best app for a label to listen to demos on the fly and potentially change artists life more often

### 5/5 — Great service, great app

*2021-04-10*

Really pleased with the clean UI, ease of submission, way to track those submissions and everything else they offer. Highly recommend for any independent artists out there!

### 5/5 — There’s a problem...

*2021-01-06*

I’m still giving this 5 stars because the website works great. But I want to use my phone for artists but it doesn’t let me sign in. It gives me an error so can you guys please fix that.

### 5/5 — 🔥

*2020-10-09, version 1.7.8*

Soooo addicting 🎧

### 5/5 — Great app

*2018-08-26*

Audio distortion problems that I was having earlier were fixed!! This app is pretty great, and the LabelRadar team has amazing customer service as well. They reached out and helped resolve the glitches that I was experiencing. Great experience all around. I recommend this app for anyone who likes listening to fresh electronic music

### 5/5 — Addicted!

*2018-08-04, version 1.2.1*

My favorite app of 2018 so far!

### 5/5 — Tinder for New Music!!!

*2018-05-24*

I just stumbled upon this today and downloaded it because it looked fun! I am now addicted to swiping left and right on the music that artists are submitting for demos. The user interface is clean and I have such a fun time!!! Cheers!

### 5/5 — Useful for the artist and the label

*2018-05-24*

As an artist, it is very useful that we can share our music anonymously to the app user. Fans/User can decide if they love the track or not. Label can also use the ratio to measure the track’s likability from the fans’ perspective!

### 4/5 — Missing feature

*2023-08-13*

The app’s feature is completely different from the website. I think the app need more features for artists/labels like notifications & messages.
