I think the app is pretty good but could use some things here and there. The new custom is amazing but I’ve noticed that even if I press save at the bottom the custom doesn’t stay saved when I come back to the app next. ### 4/5 — app totally works *2025-06-14, version 1.0* You guys are using the app wrong. Like the previous review, the app isn’t functioning and I’m taken back to the App Store. I’ve got a $400 paper weight. Why advertise the upgrade for the connectivity if it doesn’t overstate correctly? Or why not dial your app in before release. My original Switch stopped working after 1 month of use. Their customer service was terrible and for some reason I still got the Switch2. No permissions, no activity. Does not recognize a purchase through an authorized third party and will not register the product. For nearly $400 in price this is a clown circus. Whoever is calibrating ratings via AI apps, agents and engines needs to revisit reality. This is ridiculous!! These people should not be in business. Regulatory authorities in both frenemy countries need to shut them down!
