The new pool sauna areas are vastly better. Changing rooms and entrance need a refurb now so hope this will happen soon ### 4/5 — Great app *2021-05-22, version 1.15.1* Easy to use, only thing I would like is to see how many people are at the gym. Also a link so a booked class or swim can go to my phone Calendar. But if you book a class that is full you cannot get yourself off the waiting list through the app. You then can’t book anything else the same day. Sometimes it then blocks you from booking anything else on other days. You then have to call the gym and get yourself clicked off the app which is irritating. This does not function on tablets/ iPad. On iPad only part of the image is displayed not allowing one to book a class or access the class remotely . Firstly, it shows classes for both Mill Hill and Muswell Hill, which is weird because it’s unlikely for anyone to be members of both. So u have to keep checking which club the class is at. So irritating! It doesn’t allow you to book a swimming session - just says that the facilities don’t recognise me! How bizarre is that, when u know one has to book these sessions now and there are only limited slots. The sauna, steam room Jacuzzi!!, all clean as it’s all new, with a heathy smile it’s a place to unwind after exercise and just chill. If you fancy a swim the large pool is there!! I haven’t tried the treatments yet, but word of mouth clients say, all good. So far really pleased with my experiences!!.🌟 ### 5/5 — My spa my way *2023-10-05, version 1.21.0* Having a rare medical condition I chose the lab and spa !! the facilities are 1st class and kept clean and tidy. Hygiene is paramount to me as I have liver transplant the team are approachable including the gm. The refurbishment of the gym is great in many ways and the new bike cross trainer is awesome I will endeavour to use the monkey bars and toboggan! perhaps we can have “old running’s “in recognition of the late John candy. Otherwise this is a much better booking system than the previous version so I’m really not sure why there are so many negative reviews!
