I cannot contact anyone in regards to my purchase of this game. I have usually had good luck with your games but for LoW:Island it has been a very unsettling experience. The one time I didn’t read the reviews and I get unsavory results. I purchased this game and I couldn’t even play 1 minute of the game. Major problem. I tried to contact support by using the appropriate “help” button. Nothing happens. 2nd major problem. Tried to contact the Domini Games on website. Nothing happens. 3rd major problem. 3 strikes. I restore my previous purchase, the game starts, but when I tap on the screen to check out the scene, the Main Menu Screen appears. Every time I go back in to the game, as soon as I tap the screen to start playing, it kicks me back to the main menu screen. You’d think they’d at least stop others from being able to download the game, knowing full well there’s an issue.
