## What is Laconote AI Meeting Assistant?

Laconote turns every meeting into notes you can actually use - while keeping your recordings private.

Hit record, and Laconote transcribes the conversation accurately and writes a clean summary with the key points and action items, so you can stay present instead of scribbling notes.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
The master copy of your audio stays on your device. Audio sent for transcription is processed and then deleted from our servers — we keep no cloud archive of your recordings, and your data is never used to train AI models.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Record meetings and calls right from your phone
• Get automatic, accurate transcripts
• Read concise AI summaries with decisions and action items
• Ask questions about any meeting in plain language and get answers
• Organize meetings into projects
• Connect your calendar so meetings are ready when you are

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Standard and Pro plans (monthly or annual) unlock more transcription hours and advanced features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

Please record responsibly and obtain consent from participants where your local laws require it.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.4.0 — 2026-09-15

• Invite people to a project by Laconote ID or by a link
• Attach a photo or a file to a meeting while it's still recording.
• Merge one meeting into another.
• Filter your library by status, or show only meetings that aren't in a project.
• Assign action items to a person's account instead of a name someone said out loud.
• Choose who can edit a note.
• Summaries start reading aloud sooner, without waiting for the whole text.
• Fixed: long recordings no longer stop on their own in the background.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-07

Summaries in 102 languages
Pick the language your summary is written in from the full list - and keep your own shortlist of the ones you actually use at the top.

Listen where it makes sense
The listen button now appears only for languages that really have a voice, and voice previews speak in their own language instead of reading Hindi or Hebrew with an American accent.

Recordings that tell you what happened
If a recording stops on its own, the app now says why instead of going quiet. The widget and the lock screen stay correct, and a long upload can no longer stall the session.

Refunds, your call
If you ever ask Apple for a refund, you decide whether we may tell them how the subscription was used. Change your mind any time in Settings → Subscription.
